All content (photos, text, video, sound...) available on this site is the exclusive property of Atlantic Port La Rochelle and/or its partners and is protected by French legislation on copyright and intellectual property. All rights are reserved, including downloadable documents and iconographic and photographic representations. Any extraction and/or reproduction of a substantial part of the information published on the site is prohibited without the prior permission of Atlantic Port La Rochelle and constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L.335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property. The Code of Intellectual Property specifies that the source must be identified and an acknowledgment must be requested from the author of the images.

It is valid only in the respect of copyright. As a creation of the mind, the images (even the screenshots) are protected by copyright (art. L112-2-9 of the Intellectual Property Code). The act of reproducing or representing, without authorisation, images, texts or documents is punishable under civil law by an award of damages. These damages are calculated on a case by case basis. It depends on the shortfall in income of the victim, on the damage suffered due to denaturation of the manner the site is presented, on the impact that this may have had on the author of the site, on the manner the image has been highlighted and on what it could possibly have brought in financial terms to the designer.
